它依赖三个时间来源：
It's relying on 3 time sources:
1）系统时钟；
1) the system clock
2）其他节点的时间，但只有在与系统时钟相差不超过一小时时才采用；
2) the other nodes, if within an hour of the system clock
如果两者不一致，就使用第 3 种来源：
if those disagree, then
